Abstract
Nasal polyps are the most common mass lesions encountered in the nose. Despite their frequent occurrence, many questions remain unanswered concerning the incidence, pathogenesis, and treatment of nasal polyps. Furthermore, nasal polyps frequently
recur.
In order to find out the recurrence rate and the recurrent factors of nasal polyps, retrospective study was done in 105 patients who underwent intranasal ethmoidectomy for nasal polyps and literature review of polyp recurrence was taken according
to the
treatment modalities.
